Accessing Services & Accommodations
Students requesting services should contact Disability Resources at or before the beginning of each semester.
Students who are registering for the first time with DR must schedule an appointment with the Assistant Director after submitting their documentation.
Students already registered with DR and receiving accommodations must submit their course schedule, exam schedule, and data sheet each semester in order to continue receiving accommodations. Accommodations and services are determined on a case-by-case basis..
Information provided on forms will be used solely to assist the Assistant Director and the student in identifying appropriate accommodations and services at Washington University.
All documentation related to a student's disability will be maintained in a locked file and treated as private records. Copies of documentation are not released without written consent.
